What Really Makes You Happy

Sometimes, when people are too preoccupied with their work, they tend to be confused on what their priority really is. They just repeat the same routine daily on the purpose to gain income, feed their family, and buy their necessities. It is planted in their minds that they are doing their work because it will make them happy later on with the pay. But on the back of their minds before they go to sleep, they are wondering what would my life be if I haven’t took this job, it I haven’t marry my partner, and if I am not where I am today. Would it be better than where I am today? Would I be happier by then?

Self improvement is the key to that doubt. As far as all people are concerned, we all need to improve ourselves. We know our weaknesses, strengths, and fears. We also know our happiness. Yet there are things that hinder us from doing what we really love and we tend to be overcome by it because it was something we hold dear to us. At some points of our lives we ask ourselves: what really makes me happy? As your journey began to search for the answer, you fear that it will ruin the kind of life you have today and you may not be able to rebuild it that good again.

You are afraid to risk and just chose to play safe together with all that doubts and fears in your mind and in your heart. We all know it is not healthy. A healthy soul resides in a healthy mind and in a healthy body. Doing what really makes you happy is something that shouldn’t be feared. It is something that you should be proud of. Self improvement is necessary to all human beings because even souls need to be taken care of. You can never be happy with doubts, regrets, and playing safe. If you wanted to be really happy, start by having the courage to show your true color.
